FAQ
Questions About Contacting Us
How do I schedule a consultation?
Call (254) 900-7947, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We schedule a time by phone, by video or at our Waco office. There is no obligation to hire us afterward.
Can I meet by phone or video instead of in person?
Yes. We offer phone and video consultations for clients who cannot come to Waco or prefer not to. In-person meetings are available at our office on Lake Air Drive.
When can I reach the office?
Our phones are answered Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If a family member has been detained by ICE or you are facing a court deadline, say so when you call so we can act quickly.
What languages do you speak?
English and Spanish. Consultations, documents and updates are available in the language you prefer.
What should I bring to my first meeting?
For an injury case, bring photos, the crash or incident report, insurance information and medical paperwork. For an immigration case, bring passports, prior USCIS notices, court documents and your A-number if you have one. For a criminal case, bring your arrest and bond paperwork and any court dates. If you are missing something, come anyway.
How do I pay?
Fees and case expenses are explained in a written agreement before anything is signed. Payments can be made online through our secure LawPay page.
